As a member of the content team, you’ll drive the development of beautiful graphs, infographics, interactives and data visualizations that help people grasp complex financial topics easilyBy using your content, design, and business experience, you’ll help to create engaging and newsworthy content that will boost engagement on and offsite and drive client acquisition and engagement.

The experience you have
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital journalism and/or content strategy with high attention to detail and ability to balance multiple workstreams at once
Some personal finance, financial services and/or investing experience required
Proven track record of defining, testing, iterating on, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences
Cross-functional collaboration in a client-centric, fast-paced environment
Management of freelancers and/or outside vendors
Past work with cross-functional, agile teams preferred
Experience utilizing adobe creative suite
The skills you bring
Ability to simplify complex financial topics
A love of data and how to illustrate trends and insights visually in appealing designs that resonate with target audiences
Experience in building or versioning infographics and interactives for different channels, including desktop and mobile sites, social platformsEtc.
Comfortable working with editors and business partners to integrate visual elements into content to enhance overall experience
Comfortable defending your content decisions with executives and legal and can negotiate edits with diplomacy and an open mind
A willingness to jump into different roles as needed and to have an eye to the future of digital content design
Eagerness to use data and analytics to find opportunities for improving the customer experience

Developing a strategy and implementing a calendar of regular visual content to drive acquisition, customer engagement and growth
Developing visual content for use on fidelity properties, and for marketing, pr, media and the field
Championing the adoption of the content team`s standards and capabilities across the enterprise
Coaching other team members on how to integrate visual content into articles, videos, social media and other experiences
Driving consensus when there are competing povs
Educating our clients, which over time drives better money decisions, satisfaction with fidelity, client retention and growth
Using content analytics to drive continuous quality improvements
