The strategic alliances coordinator is an exciting new role which works with the director, strategic alliances to drive and maximize relationships with key partnersThis role helps fastpath and partners achieve mutual success through our technology and customer base through the coordination and support of partner relationships with associations.
Responsibilities:
Provide sales and operational day-to-day support for director of strategic alliances
Supports all partner generated activities, including but not limited to follow-up on lead management, marketing initiatives, partner financial support including partner revenue share maintenance and managing partner support queries
Owns internal communication and coordination between director strategic alliances, marketing, sales, product and service
Owns meeting agendas, actions and follow-ups and ensures insights are shared appropriately between teams
Creates partner reports and makes operational improvements to ensure good coordination between partner and fastpath
Helps fastpath and partners achieve mutual success through our technology and customer base
Identify and coordinates joint partner/fastpath events such as conferences, webinars, and co-sell sales meetings and events
Works closely with directorStrategic alliances, marketing, sales and product to understand roadmaps and assess opportunities concerning the partner ecosystem
Maintain kpi dashboards
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in marketing or related field
Two+ years of related marketing experience
Proficient in microsoft office
Experience organizing webinars and events
Familiarity with content marketing best practices
Experience in identifying, learning, and testing new ideas to assist company marketing efforts
Ability to work independently on activities in an empowered fast-paced setting
Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative, supportive, and fun company
Preferred education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
Experience in managing and optimizing landing pages for events and content
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent relationship skills
Working knowledge of hubspot, microsoft partner center experience a plus
