Airlock genius company is based in rossville, ga / chattanooga, tn aspiring to be a global player in material handling equipment industryThe company has broad range of rotary airlock products already designed and manufactured and actively selling them in marketThese products are superior to the products made by other oems while being extremely cost competitiveThe company wants to use this as a launching ground to design, manufacture and sale other material handling products such as knife gate valves, butterfly valves, screw conveyer, diverters and many others.
The company owns and operates the global supply chain to design and manufacture castings/machined and fabricated partsThis can unleash variety of better designed different oem products at very competitive price.
This requires a good marketing head with vision and ability to deliver the resultsThe company is looking for an experienced sales person with following qualifications or criteria:
Skills and job requirements:
Require willingness to imbibe the company goal of becoming power house of products and how to achieve them
Identify the potential new products that can be made and developed
Experience in setting up a dealer network across the company
Any international experience in establishing sales network would be plus
Experienced in participating in exhibition
Need the ability to understand behavior of any mechanical products
Need to have key ingredients for becoming good sales person
Should be self-motivated to sell the products with long term vision
Require good communication skills (written and verbal)
Need the ability to maintain good customer relationship and negotiation skills
Experience of working with manufacturing team would be plus
Needs to be team player
Should be willing to think long term how to grow sales and relationship with customers.
Should have ability to grow the sales team including inside sales, outside sales and dealers as deemed appropriate
