Fs studio is looking for a passionate digital producer/account manager to join our team! as a digital producer/account manager you will deliver consulting excellence and collaborate with project management to lead strategic account direction and deliver high quality ar/vr/xr solutions to clients that enable them to achieve their business objectives.
Provide overall account leadership, manage client relationships, account growth, project staffing and client satisfaction.
Once an opportunity is identified from an incoming lead, drive the development of the proposed solution, including approach/concept, budget, timeline and resources – includes writing the sow.
Collaborate with in-house team members and/or contractors to develop compelling solutions (concepts) for clients’ needs.
Prioritize all deliverables and ensure quality of work achieves fs studio standards and client objectives.
Work with in-house team members and/or contractors to manage highly complex technical deliveries, ensuring foresight on delivery issues and create mitigation plans when necessary.
Manage and resolve internal and external conflict effectively and efficiently
Collaborate with fs studio hr on an ongoing basis to recruit and hire additional design and technical resources/contractors for fs studio projects as needed.
Manage account p&l by negotiating statements of work – work closely with project management to ensure that work is delivered on budget and on time.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 to 5 years successful track record working in digital agencies that build digital experience solutions – ideally with ar/vr/xr solutions
Ar/vr/xr best practices and the impact that these have on clients
Managing client expectations in areas of ar/vr/xr solutions that don’t have solid roi benchmarks.
Working effectively with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
Consultative selling – 3 to 5 years
Passionate about ar/vr/xr
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem solving skills
