Essential duties and responsibilities:

The microsoft dynamics crm/web portal developer is responsible for the following:
Utilize knowledge of lead and opportunity management, marketing and email campaigns, service workflow, routings, redistribution, crm reports, record duplications, workflows, crm plug-ins, to create functional requirements, and function design documentation for projects
Design and develop necessary enhancements to the application
Prepare instructional documents and how-to information
Assist with project management processes including the collection of project information, analysis, and estimates of projects, documenting project scope (objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, business unit considerations)
Assist with prioritization of projects, identify potential risks, and participate in feasibility studies; perform crm system administrator duties
Telecommuting is allowed
Education and experience:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study, plus 2 years of work experience.
Position requires 2 years of experience in each of the following: .net, c sharp, mssql server, java script, css, php, hands-on analysis and development in a web portal/web shop environment or web application; and, middleware development.
Additionally requires 1 year of experience in each of the following: assisting with architecting microsoft dynamics crm system, related customizations portals, and reports; dynamics crm development; telerik controls; crm plug-ins; building dynamics crm forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around customer needs for an interface
Ecommerce/web shop experience
