Full job description
What you’ll contribute
Support fico`s us regional sales leaders and client partners through new product sales, account management and territory strategy.
Work closely with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, and product teams for the purpose of planning, quota setting, expense management, deal reviews, regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, productivity analysis, and overall business development.
Investigate commission issues and recommend resolution
Analyze performance of sales and services teams by individual contributors, product/solution areas and other breakdowns
Prepare internal executive level presentations to report on regional performance.
Prepare external customer briefings, quarterly business reviews documentation, and annual strategic planning session presentations.
Manipulate existing reports to isolate specific data elements that are needed to solve stated problems
Assist in creation of salesforce dashboard and reporting to communicate and assess the health of the business.
Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports
Conduct special projects at the direction of our business operations leadership team.
What we’re seeking
Advanced experience in sales operations or sales management role.
Experience using critical thinking, problem solving skills to analyze sales forecast for business recommendations.
Ability to think critically about sales forecast and sales performance data.
Experience creating executive level presentations.
Experience in software sales management or business operations role preferred.
Experience working in a channel partner industry role preferred.
Able to complete special projects as assigned by our business operations leadership team.
