Your main skills will include:
Sales order processing/administrative/co-ordination skills
Attention to detail
About the role -
As customer service advisor you will ensure excellent levels of customer service are provided to our key customer contacts at all times, from processing orders to dealing with complaints and resolving issues, you`ll become the go-to contact for the customer, ensuring eriks value is represented consistently to agreed levels.
In this role you’ll be responsible for - and be passionate about - connecting our customers with eriks specialism and innovation, continually developing and furthering our (and your) partnership with them.
Supported by the eriks family, you’ll ensure when it comes to contract renewal, it’s not a question of if.
Sales order processing supporting a new key customer
Processing orders in crm system
Resolving customer complaints and queries
Supporting onsite team for escalations
