This position will support the content creation, layout and design of equipmentshare`s various web properties and other public facing websites/landing pages As part of our marketing and ecommerce and marketing team, you`ll gain hands-on experience in user experience design, customer personas, and creating compelling user experiences.
What you will do:
Drive the customer visual experience across multiple cms platforms in a highly matrixed organization - creating, iterating and optimizing layout, ui elements, and overall ux for equipmentshare web properties hosted on webflow, wordpress and similar systems.
Engage at all levels of design process from wireframes and interface specifications, to strategy, and implementation within our website cms designers/themes.
Conceptualize and deliver experiences supporting the customer journey
Communicate user needs and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those to internal team and other stakeholders.
Translate wireframes into production-ready comps and assets is a must have.
Ensure projects run smoothly with strong organization and communication skills.
Multitasking, most especially in terms of project managementThis includes a keen attention to detail, providing specific and well-organized feedback for ui projects.

What you`ll bring:
At least 2+ years experience implementing layout/ux enhancements within cms systems (webflow preferred, but wordpress, magento, drupal or similar accepted)
Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, and desktop experiences
Strong understanding of user-centered design philosophy and component-based design
Ability to work independently and effect change in an evolving environment
Familiarity with marketing tools such as segment.io, monday.com, intercom, google analytics, and klaviyo a plus (but not required)
Ability to be self-directed, organized and be accountable for one`s own work product.
