Full job description
Epsilon’s digital experience design (dxd) practice is seeking a producer to assist the srProducer and creative director in coordinating individuals and teams to develop, create, and deliver campaigns and project-based work for a variety of top tier clients spread across multiple verticalsThey balance day-to-day project oversight with communications between clients and creative teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, and according to client specifications.
Producers also consult directly with clients to determine deadlines and play a central role in communication between the client and creative teams.
Producers are all about team coordination, specifically, between creative teams, client services departments, and the clientProducers need to effectively communicate with teams to set priorities and ensure that project milestones are metThey touch every step in the project process from intake, obtaining client feedback to final project delivery.
Producers are also tasked with client communicationsIn collaboration with the sr producer and creative director they assist in determining the scope of a project and traffic all project deliverables for client feedback and approvalAdditionally, producers need to communicate with clients effectively to obtain and traffic their feedback to creative teams while ensuring client expectations are met.
Producers assist sr producers in managing project budgetsThey may work closely with financial personnel to determine staffing needs and expected timelines to provide clients with a realistic expectation of the costs associated with a campaign or projectProducers also seek ways to reduce costs while delivering a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Time and personnel management
Throughout the project lifecycle, producers oversee schedules and staff members, developing an initial project plan and timeline to ensure that all team members understand the expectationsIn addition, project managers may identify areas where team members are needed to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed according to the schedule.
