We are looking for passionate account director who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customersYou will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, channel partners, and sales colleagues within your sales region working with key business executives and stakeholdersYou will liaison between customers, our business partners (with an emphasis on epiq’s business partnership with the microsoft sales channel), and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
This position serves as an overlay resource to the broader legal solutions sales organizationOn most business development opportunities, you will be working in tandem with another account director and serving as an information governance subject matter specialistAs this is primarily a client facing role, a successful candidate will be comfortable and have experience working with contacts who serve in legal, compliance, privacy and information technology functions within an enterprise.
The role is heavily focused on selling our services and helping our clients realize value around the microsoft 365 suite security and compliance services suitePrior experience around selling with the microsoft sales channel is a requirement.
Operate as the lead or secondary point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Prepare and deliver information governance workshops and other thought leadership events that demonstrate a high acumen regarding epiq’s service and technology enabled offerings.
Demonstrate knowledge on the impact of an enterprise’s use or transition to office 365 as it relates to information governance, electronic discovery, regulatory compliance and data protection.
Evangelize epiq’s information governance practice offerings and technology products to industry workgroups, conferences and publications.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
5 years of account management or other relevant experience with demonstrable skills related to information governance or 5 years of account management or other relevant experience with demonstrable skills selling services and solutions around microsoft 365.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and c-level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ba/bs degree or equivalent.
