Participate in developing modules that secure data and management of enterprise-scale servers operating across private and public clouds
Help the team in identifying bottlenecks and optimize the performance and scalability essential for cloud customers
Implement new technologies and techniques that help us innovate new ways to secure and operationalize the virtualized data center
Work independently and with a team, commit to delivery schedules, take ownership of both your contribution and to the overall success of the products and their use by our customers
Be ready to assist all the other teams that make a fast-moving startup a success (customer support, sales, documentation, qa, marketing, partner and business development, etc.)
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in designing and developing api, system level code, drivers, etc., for linux
Proficiency with c, python, and other scripting languages, rest api, kernel debuggers and system programming
Comfortable working, setting-up, configuring virtual machines and linux, windows hosts
Proficiency in working on or/and configuring one or more virtualization platforms: vsphere, kvm, hyper-v
Windows api level programming in c and knowledge of build, debug environments
Experience working with azure, aws and container technologies like kubernetes and docker.
Experience with any of the following databases: mysql, oracle, postgresql, microsoft sql server with specific experience supporting encryption technology and encryption key management
Familiarity with jira, jenkins, git, and coverity is a plus
Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging tools, methodologies
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or advanced technical certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
