As a member of this elite team, you’ll provide account management that will attribute to our client`s growth & product expansion opportunities with an existing strategic account, by nurturing trusted, new, and long-term relationships within the client’s organization.
The successful candidate will reside in an assigned region and work remotely from a home office.
This position includes domestic travel along with active participation in client-hosted events and industry conferencesYou’ll also periodically visit entrata headquarters in utah.
You will relentlessly provide best-in-class customer service through diligent & strategic account management in order to increase top-line revenue, yoy account growth, and overall profitability through leveraging relationships within the account identifying dynamic revenue growth opportunities.
Analyze market and account potential, track sales, and maintain status reports that deliver upon client needs, issues, interests, internal business objectives, and potential for cross-functional product sales and services.
You have an innate belief in a metrics-driven approach to building a book of business.
Partner and collaborator with colleagues in all departments in order to exceed client expectations and secure the resources required to win.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Basic requirements
5-10+ years of experience with complex-solution accounts
Experience in the multifamily housing industry required
Experience with technology/software sales (saas, paas, enterprise software, etc.)
Bachelor`s degree in business or real estate-related course of study
Preferred requirments
True passion for sales, presenting, negotiating, nurturing and closing business
Understanding of how to foster client relationships
Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline
Social intelligence and the ability to build quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
Proven sales results and track record of success
