About the opportunity: In this role, you will create and own the campaign strategies for both user acquisition and customer engagementThe marketing manager will run the team that creates various enterprise referral programs, content, and product marketing to maximize the impact of events, experiences, and launches in order to engage new and existing usersThis role is also responsible for the wider marketing efforts of the company and will run a marketing process to open the door for salesWe're looking for a motivated individual that likes building programs from the ground up, a true collaborator that enjoys working cross-functionally, and a marketer with strong customer empathy who can take an insight and turn it into an action. The marketing manager will have day-to-day responsibility for creating and managing the enmass energy marketplace, as well as executing marketing programs for multiple b2b industry segmentsHe/she must have experience with building/managing b2b marketplaces, marketing message development, and functional expertise in content marketing/thought leadership, lead generation, advertising/public relations, digital and social media marketing, and direct sales programsThis professional will develop both product and service-based marketing campaigns and programs to support audience building and supplier relationships. Requirements What you’ll do: Develop and execute on detailed tactical plans as defined in the omni-channel marketing strategies for the launch and growth of enmass energy's global b2b marketplace. Drive stakeholder engagement and resource aggregation on b2b marketplace to continually enrich the marketplace offering. Manage customer feedback mechanisms to help drive product development, sales and marketing efforts by creating processes to share feedback across the organization Manage execution of all email, direct mail, social, and advertising deployments to drive digital marketplace engagement Manage internal and external resources in the execution of marketing activities that achieve strategic and marketing goals Publish and distribute thought leadership content Partner with practice professionals on the development of the content strategy, editorial calendar, and distribution channels Execute programs, monitor and track results, and manage lead generation and follow up activities related to the content program Plan and execute additional relationship development and lead generation programs as necessaryThis could include digital advertising, webinars, live or virtual events, direct mail, or other programs as deemed necessary. What you should have: Experience working with b2b mid-market/enterprise level clients Experience with b2b sales/marketing processes and metrics Experience with a marketing automation platform; hubspot preferred Ops-minded, process-oriented and committed to clean data Capacity to perform in a high-growth environment Saas experience preferred A strong written and verbal communicator Analytical, has the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from broad dataset A builder mindset, can build and operationalize processes to scale Experience as a problem-solver, taking things to the finish line An open mind; you’re a curious, and eager learner, looking to build your skillset and take responsibility The motivation necessary to be a dependable and autonomous team member The ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams This is a position with significant growth potential and upside – we are looking to develop a team around this hire, but we need and expect the marketing manager to be hands-on from day 1 as our company grows and scales further.
