Summary of job:
Responsible for the data and reporting necessary to support emblemhealth’s sales operations team to meet sales and business objectives for emblemhealthLeverage practical process, data, and technology solutions to deliver timely sales reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance sales reporting and operation processes that balances both the needs of the company and sales efficiencyDeliver critical reporting and data analysis in support of client growth and retentionWork collaboratively with others across data, sales, product, medical economics, account management and finance to deliver on sales operations activities.
Serve as a key operational partner to our client-facing and revenue producing teams.
Provide network sales support: repricing and analysis of claim discount information.
Serve as point person with cognizant for producing reports and requirements.
Participate in external/internal conference calls.
Responsible for generating accurate network disruption reports for our external constituents.
Provide analysis of disruption reports and recommendations to improve results.
Partner with sales/account management on identifying and sharing data regarding critical non-par provider groups.
Partner with sales support/sales in the creation of network geoaccess, disruption, and claim repricing reports; manage, run, and analyze geoaccess reports for sales and other internal contacts to display distance between providers and doctors within our network; update geoaccess database with current provider files.
Create customer focused proposals as requested.
Collaborate with the project lead on various project/product initiatives related to our aso programs.
Provide support to engage the apporpriate business/operations area to research issues identified by internal/ external constituents for the emblemhealth shared administration program.
Participate in organization and team activities as needed: planning, follow up, meeting scheduling and document preparation.
Enhance current sales reporting processes; manage/lead ad-hoc requests/projects as needed.
3 – 5 years of relevant professional work experience(r)
2 – 3 years of sales reporting/analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare provider environment(r)
Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements(r)
Advanced ms office skills (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)(r)
Strong data analysis skills; ability to discern patterns and trends(r)
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience(r)
Detail oriented; analytical and problem identification and resolution skills(r)
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence management decisions(r)
