The People team at Elevate Labs is a small team with a large impact on each person in our fully remote startup. We are responsible for partnering with managers and leadership to curate an engaging and positive candidate and employee experience. On the recruiting side, our goal is to ensure that each candidate feels equitably and thoughtfully cared for throughout their hiring process. In this role you’ll be responsible for technical sourcing, resume review for technical roles, interview coordination for technical roles, and special technical recruiting projects. As the sole technical sourcer at the company, you will be the expert leading the charge in improving our processes and setting us up for future scaling success. Sourcing will primarily be focused on engineering roles, so you’ll need to know your tech stacks and have an interest in learning the nuances of our engineering team. This role will also regularly interact with candidates, both as an ambassador in tech communities and in scheduling communications, so you’ll need excellent written and verbal communication to be successful. The day-to-day of this role will flex depending on the number of open technical roles, so you’ll need to have strong prioritization and project management skills to determine the most impactful use of your time.
Finally, you must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, as you will partner directly with the Head of Engineering and other engineering hiring managers, collaborate with the Sr People Ops Manager who runs the rest of the recruiting function, and report to the Sr Employee Success Manager.
This is a full-time, fully remote position, so you can feel free to work anywhere in North or South America.
