Compensation
$50k to $60k base/$60k to $70k commission*/ote $110k to $130k
*this is an estimate, commissions will vary based on market and skill
The role
We`re building a strategic business development team and are seeking a leader with proven success to support revenue growth and client retentionResponsibilities include:
Drive top-line revenue while growing the client base and a team of business development associates.
Manage business development activities, including identifying qualified prospects, responding to direct marketing inquires, and other proven methods to generate revenue.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients and strategize with operations to enhance client experience and meet retention goals.
Build and cultivate relationships with affiliates and consultants to generate referrals and increase revenue.
Facilitate the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with a prospect to the proposal stage and agreement signing.
Collaborate with teammates across all departments to facilitate new client onboarding.
Manage sales funnel and affiliate agreements and document all prospect and client interactions in crm.
Work closely with marketing to review trends and collaborate on tactics to drive opportunities.
Prepare weekly sales reports and meet with ceo and cmo to review.
Periodic travel may be required, 10 - 15% anticipated travel for pre-planned conferences.
Preferences and requirements
Experience in the dental industry required
Ability to utilize an established client relationship management (crm) system
Proficiency in ms office suite
Post-high school education preferred
Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
Competitive nature and emphasis on meeting and exceeding goals
