Responsibilities: talent advisor
Work with key stakeholders as a trusted partner to understand hiring needs for the north america team.
Lead full lifecycle recruiting for the sales organizations; identify, assess and guide a diverse pool of candidates through an end to end recruiting process.
Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest and assess foundational skills and competencies.
Define and implement a proactive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Design and implement creative search strategies to identify and attract top talent to eightfold and continually raising the hiring bar
Partner closely with the stakeholders to understand the broader talent landscape to enable proactive talent planning and pipeline management
Offer the best in class candidate experience throughout the interview process and beyond
Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing channels
Report on pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent.
Actively utilize the eightfold platform for all recruiting activities and be an internal subject matter expert on the functionality and usage of our product.
What we look for:
7+ years of experience with a solid understanding of the sales function
Experience in independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring initiatives
Experience in negotiating, influencing and driving results
Interpersonal skills and ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
Extremely self-motivated, goal oriented
Experience and strategies for raising the bar for incoming talent
Capable of thriving in a fast moving, high growth environment preferably in the go to market space
Strong project and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to closure
