What you`ll do….
Working with agile product team and be part of mvp deliveries.
Providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programsDeveloping and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming.
Provide leadership related to technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices and processes and standards that apply to their technical area of expertise.
Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the enterprise architecture.
Conduct code walkthroughs to assure quality of programs developed by other associates.
Provide system support.
Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation.
Actively mentor and train other associates in their area of expertiseMentor entry and mid-level developers.
Modernizing our legacy platform: java servlets, etl, mainframe
Research technical improvements and takes the initiative to communicate/implement solutions.
Participates and represents area in cross-functional groups.
Communicates issues and problem resolutions with all affected stakeholders, business areas and vendors.
Researches requirements to determine system feasibility, costs, benefits, or functional requirements.

Test driven mindset familiar with: junits, soapui, and selenium.
Modernizing our legacy platform: weblogic, jsp, mainframe / db2

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems or related field.
Experience analyzing existing applications and making modifications for new features while maintaining other existing functionalities.
Experience using ci/cd pipelines and code quality tools.
Test driven mindset using frameworks like junit, soapui, selenium and contract testing tools
Experience and familiarity with docker, containers, kubernetes, microservices, github and microsoft azure.
Experience with product teams and agile methodology and practices
Strong understanding of kubernetes infrastructure.
Previous experience with cloud architecture, with a preference given to microsoft azure.
Knowledge of secure coding practice
Good analysis and trouble-shooting skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
