The sales operations specialist is responsible for a variety of sales needs to drive scalable efficiencies and operational best practicesOur ideal candidate is fluent in sales platforms within a crmThis role is responsible for supporting the business in the execution of effective lead scoring and the sales lifecycle.
This is a critical role in driving overall sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing visibility performance, instituting best-in-class operational processes, and supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales campaigns through crm database management practices and technical campaigns setup.
Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Manage a lead scoring program for complete lifecycle tracking from lead to close/won deals.
Work with marketing on creating and managing integrated campaigns for optimized lead management and identifying multi-touch roi.
Develop and monitor sales sequences in hubspot crm to identify and close gaps in the sales process to drive efficiency through automation and sales enablement.
Manage and present to senior team success of the sales life-cycle with hubspot crm via dashboard metrics ensuring actionable insights to positively impact leadership’s ability to adjust strategy and tactics.
Establish and grow a target market lead generation program through the zoominfo platform, and by researching verticals that fit within the company’s solutions offerings.
Ensure convincer decks (sales presentations) are up-to-date with the company’s latest improvements in operations processes and technology enhancements.
Assist in the development of client specific sales presentations and rfp’s.
Manage and revise the sales training manual as new tools become available.
Ensure sales team is updated and trained on new processes and technologies as it relates to the hubspot selling cycle.
Work with marketing to assure all sales team members are supported with the most up-to-date branded assets.
Stay up to date on new hubspot crm tools - this role must lead efforts surrounding hubspot data management and integrity; understand the sources of our data, how the data flows between our platforms (website, social media, sales platforms, etc.), and how the data is being used by both marketing and sales lead routing and assignment rules (lead scoring effectiveness).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5-7 years in sales operations roles
Proficient with hubspot marketing & sales hub preferred (hubspot certification a plus)/experience with crm’s a must (dashboard and analytics reporting)
Proficient in microsoft office suite, especially powerpoint
Proficient in adobe suite, a plus
A successful candidate must possess the ability to advise and advocate for business outcomes
Strong communication skills - ability to translate the complex to more easily understood concepts
Experience building and measuring lead scoring programs
