We are looking for a highly skilled marketing and branding executive who is will help build eazifunds marketing and branding teamYou’ll have the opportunity to flex your creativity and skills to help build growth for a company that’s spearheading innovation in online paymentsYou will manage the marketing department and approve various strategies and projects as neededYou will work with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisitionYou will own eazifunds brand presence across all platforms and define our organic social strategyWe’re looking for someone who is hungry to experiment with new channels, formats, and content, but can also set specific kpis and measure performance and progress against themTo be successful in this role you will be a great project manager, with the ability to build clear and effective processes, communicate in a compelling way and drive alignment across different teams and functionsYou must be organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work with partners to understand core business challenges.
1Be an advocate for the best brand experience at eazifunds.
2Own social media management across channels including linkedin, facebook, twitter, youtube, instagram, tiktok, snapchat, and more.
3Spearhead the content creation process, define a social media strategy (including channels, content formats, and cadence of output) that ladders up to overall content and marketing objectives.
4Build and maintain a social media roadmap and pipeline of content to feed into our wider organic content calendar.
5Produce or work with content creators to co-produce text, image, video, etc., posts across all social channels, including thought leadership, product spotlights, customer stories, company news, and more.
6Maintain a regular cadence and consistency of output while maintaining content quality and brand identity.
7Establish clear, measurable kpis that measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and track and regularly report on the performance of channels, content formats, content types, and more.
8Maintain brand voice, personality, and consistency across all platforms.
9Leverage social media as a way to engage with our online audience/followers, by responding to questions, addressing comments or concerns, and maintaining an active presence across all channels.
10Act as a key in-house writing/editing expert to support the production of copy for the website, product, promotion, organic channels, etc.
11Source opportunities for content partnerships/cross-promotion and -publication with media, bloggers, tech partners, and more.
12Play a key role in developing channel/distribution strategy to ensure that content is reaching the widest, most relevant audience possible.
13.contribute creative ideas and brainstorming to brand marketing initiatives, including brand videos, podcast content, campaigns, and more.
14Build out the marketing and branding discipline at eazifunds with responsibility for hiring, leading, and managing the team's day-to-day activities across platforms.
15Analyze market trends and user feedback to help inform the development of our product roadmap.
16Define the messaging and positioning and general gtm strategy around how our new products are launched.
17Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
18Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
1Fluent in english (writing and speaking).
25+ years of experience working in branding and marketing, previous involvement in the tech startup scene is a plus.
3You are data-oriented and proficient with amplitude, segment, sql, hotjar, google analytics, marketing platforms, on-channel analytics, knowing what data points to capture to measure success, and also making use of the data to make decisions on how to communicate with team members and customers.
4You take pride in your work, but you are flexible about making changes and hearing others' thoughts.
5You are intellectually curious and eager to grapple with undefined space and helping establish eazifunds as a thought leader in the online payments space.
6Video production experience; proficiency or familiarity with shooting videos and taking great pictures on dslrs, editing in adobe lightroom, premiere pro, motion graphics, etc.
7Structure-oriented - finds ways to expand effectiveness through better processes.
8Ability to communicate effectively with c-level stakeholders through collaborative workshops and clear marketing plans.
9You’re pragmatic and able to make quick decisions.
10Self-starter - motivated to find solutions, propose ideas, and always optimize.
