Esm is growing fast, and we’re looking for a people operations manager to join our team! at esm, people are our most important assetThe people operations manager will work with leaders across the business to align people and strategy with company needsThe people operations manager will assess, coach, and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.
About the role
We need a versatile, quick-thinking team member to help support our distributed teamMore specifically, the people operations manager will be the first-line point-of-contact to support the delivery of hr solutions and recruitment.
Provide support to employees in various hr-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Support the business with compensation analysis and planning Administer the benefit plans Own talent acquisition and the full lifecycle recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Develop relationships with the education sector to support recruitment by building talent pools Promote hr programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
