Summary
Full-time position responsible for carrying out detailed-oriented data entry and routine administrative duties and support services for the sales, engineering and production teams.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Responding to customers (and prospects) telephone/email requests for product information (technical specifications, cross-references, etc.).
Building customer rapport/support of esl products and seeking new opportunities for esl business via on-going communications and prompt replies to customer/prospect
Responsible for issuing quotes and confirming price justification for our different sales channels (e.gContractors, end-users, oems, distributors).
Retrieves and updates customer information needed to process quotes, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, shipment notifications, rmas and other customer documentation as needed.
Creation of job folders/files and insuring that all customer correspondence and job-related information is properly organized and adhering to our standard procedures.
Ongoing communications with customers confirming order status, delivery schedules, etc.
Shares responsibility for aspects of the weekly sales/production meeting (note taking, recording, updated sales orders etc.).
Assists esl`s finance department concerning credit statusSends credit card authorization & wire transfer information for payment processing.
Processes customer contact information, logs in-coming/out-going calls, links emails and correspondence in our crm tool (goldmine).
Acts as a customer advocate within the organization.
Supports the needs of outside sales and other internal departments as needed.
Self-starter, team player and accurate worker.
Maintains a professional image and positive attitude.
Completes all activities in a timely, accurate, courteous and efficient manner.
Accommodates request of customers in accordance with company standardsRefers to immediate supervisor for requests that are outside of company specifications.
