This position supports managing principal and principal leaders with primary focus on client service and
Relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Participate in leadership of team-based client service and delivery of service to accounting firm clients
Responsible for all phases of client relationship management and retention strategies with a focus on service and delivery of lemme, a division of epic (lemme) and other epic resources.
Work closely with psg (professional services group) leadership to monitor and manage service of clients including the following tasks:
O identify, analyze, and quantify risk exposures for clients/prospects and recommend appropriate insurance products/services
O create and submit renewal specifications to the marketplace and consult with clients in the development of underwriting materials for submission to markets
O negotiate policy terms, conditions, premiums, and collateral
O review quotes, binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy and transmit to clients
O present marketing results to clients
O investigate and endeavor to resolve policy and/or claims issues between insured and insurer
O monitor the collection of claims information and payouts, as required
O monitor and manage requests for and issuance of certificates of insurance
Monitor and manage service of clients` daily account needs
Develop productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters
Keep client abreast of marketplace financial conditions, developments and innovations
Implement and maintain a quality service plan in all areas of client deliverables
Support and grow ongoing client relationships
Request invoices, ensure timely payment and remittance
Review contracts and insurance requirements for clients and identify gaps in coverage, suitability, and errors
Oversee creation of loss summaries for analysis and participate in analysis
Assist with special projects and client requests
Coordinate the production of renewal strategy, renewal presentation and stewardship reports
Coordinate international placements/services with our international broker network, as required
Contribute to winning prospect opportunities, including preparation of proposals, written rfp responses and oral presentations
Understand and deploy risk consulting services (claims, loss control & regulatory)
Perform other such duties as may be assigned by the company at its discretion from time to time
Communicate client developments and service results, market conditions and developments and team member performance to psg leadership regularly
Train team members including, specifically, assistance with onboarding training and development as requested
Prepare and present training and educational content for clients and epic colleagues
Contribute to development of topics for webinars, articles and best practices as needed and work with marketing to prepare and issue to team
Coordinate with specialty product resources to understand recent trends across products, markets and other industries
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree
Graduate degree or professional designation a plus
Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry client service experience, with some focus in professional
Liability
Service team leadership experience
Experience working with an agency management system such as sagitta or salesforce
Proficient in microsoft office software (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook) and adobe
Holds appropriate broker`s license(s), or able to secure within a reasonable period
Skillset must include:
