General summary:
Were looking for a passionate client services manager based in the us to be a critical part of our client services teamCsms are the number one point of contact for the client over the duration of the campaignOwnership and accountability are crucial to nurturing client relationships and providing the best customer service in the industryYoull work closely with account executives and other internal teams to ensure the campaign deliverables and are fully communicated and fulfilled.

Responsibilities:
Manage omni-channel campaigns for fortune 500 brands specifically in the video, display and ctv space.
Prepare creative and strategic responses to client rfps and develop subsequent online video, ctv and display media plans that meet brand specific objectives.
Investigate creative, innovative approaches to strategically reach the target consumer.
Determine pricing and budget allocations based on campaign parameters and individual client requirements.
Build relationships and trust with agency and brand partners, cementing ems as an indispensable part of their media plan by providing exceptional customer service.
Provide clients with post-campaign services (comprehensive recaps of campaigns, recommendations for future campaigns, data and insights on digital audiences).
Master internal processes, including insertion order processing, creative building, delivery report generation and scheduling, invoicing accuracy.
Partner with assigned account executives in delivering campaign insights to clients and strengthening client relationships.
Work in tandem with the media trading team to advise on optimizations and ways to exceed client performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with the strategic planning team to advise on strategy and recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
Develop expertiseof engine & engine media solutionsproduct offerings and resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing or related field.
Past client facing digital account management, planning or client services experience.
3-5 years in digital advertising industry (agency, publisher or ad tech partner)
Quick learner who can adapt new technologies with ease.
Self-starter able to thrive in a start-up environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task without allowing performance to suffer.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust while super-serving our agency partners.
Strong proficiency in microsoft excel and powerpoint.
Experience using third party reporting such as google campaign manager a plus.
Experience using verification technology such as moat, ias, doubleverify a plus.
Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
