Our team: as a member of the integrations team, you’ll collaboratively work as a member of the overall engineering team to ensure new features and bug fixes meet the specified requirementsYou’ll work closely with members of the development team as well as product management and operations, and play an integral role in feature grooming, sprint planning, and the release process. The role: as a qa engineer, you will own the testing of product enhancements, bug fixes, and other features along with other members of our teamYou’ll take advantage of our integrated tools and test automation, write test plans for new features or other enhancements, execute manual and automated tests, write new automated tests as part of our suite of automated uiYou’ll make use of automation at every opportunity to increase our overall efficiency, more effectively test, and ensure ongoing application and environment stability. Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the team to ensure product quality in a fast-paced, agile environment Take ownership of the testing of new features, bug fixes and other enhancements Write and execute tests and perform data validation for multi-tiered, data-driven applications Write and maintain automated ui, and performance tests to enhance existing test suites, ensure application & environment stability, and increase the team’s efficiency & effectiveness Proactively drive quality through collaboration, process improvement, innovative thinking, root cause analysis and experience Work with the support team to understand and troubleshoot customer issues
Two to three years of qa experience testing web applications Experience automating at the ui and/or api layer Experience automating and testing crm/ms dynamics/salesforce is highly desirable Ability to quickly understand complex applications and their interactions with integrated products Working knowledge of sql
