Driven care is seeking a seasoned, experienced sales executive to join our growing company’s leadership teamIn this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach themThe vp of sales will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the companyThis is a remote positionCandidates may reside anywhere in the united states.
Develop and execute sales plan to promote company products and servicesBuild metrics and sales dashboards to identify sales opportunities, conversion rates and overall health of sales team.
Partner with director, people and culture to build sales organization structure, identify key positions, and hire appropriate staffAssist with the creation/development of marketing department.
Lead sales operations and teamManage team budget, develop sops and ensure compliance with appropriate federal and state lawCreate team goals.
Create long term sales strategyBuild training programs that align with the changing landscapeReview competitor activity to identify potential threatsBuild and foster relationships with clients.
Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer need
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or similar positions requiredMasters degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of direct experience in sales required, with at least 3 years in leadership/senior management preferredAppropriate combination of experience and education may be considered.
Experience in startup environments requiredHealthcare startup experience preferred.
Experience building teams from scratch, including selecting and coaching talent, building development plans and metrics required.
