We are a real estate technology platform that collects homeowner’s data and documents in one secure place onlineWe use the data and add ai tools to help homeowners make more informed and actionable decisions, increase property market value, reduce costly repairs, and expenses through technology, organization, and education.
We’ve already partnered with several of the largest companies in the real estate vertical to capture homeowners at key transaction touchpoints and scale user adoptionThese relationships include top-tier national homebuilders, national title insurance companies, mortgage originators and servicers.

Drives both organic and lead gen growth through a cohesive digital presence, ranking, and brand.

Accountable for the creation, production, and implementation of a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that achieves domidocs’ aggressive short- and long-term objectives.
Advises and assists the ceo on marketing, branding, and pr; works collaboratively and cohesively with the executive team.
Builds and provides leadership, vision, and direction to the domidocs marketing team, vendors, and freelancers in the execution of priority marketing strategies, including branding, pr & content strategy, web, seo, ppc, social media, email, crm, data, analytics, and reporting.
Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Additional marketing certifications (bonus).
10+ years’ marketing experience (required).
Lead the strategy planning, business development, and execution of marketing objectives.
Effective communicator with polished interpersonal, written/verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Regularly produces and presents executive-level reports.
Strong business acumenAdvanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Manages competing/shifting priorities as determined by the evolving organizational needs.
Establishes, influences, and enables high-performance teams, vendors, and freelancers.

Excellent pc skills with proficient knowledge in microsoft office (powerpoint, word, excel), adobe marketing suite, hubspot, plus various digital marketing tools
In-depth knowledge of big data.
Hands-on experience with crm and seo tools including google analytics, google adwords, hubspot, webtrends, salesforce, wordpress, etc.
Experience with project management software, preferred.
Technically savvyAble to learn and leverage business applications and tools rapidly.
Starting salary $50/hr
