This position
Docusign seeks a result-oriented individual to join the worldwide enablement and effectiveness organizationThis key resource will work directly with global sales, customer success, solution engineering, business development and marketing teams to enable strategic partner account executives and account teams on docusign agreement cloud products and related solutionsEnablement programs include, but are not limited to, salesforce account executive focused; elearning product training, product related webinars and classroom training, and agreement cloud demonstrations and presentationsThis role requires close collaboration with the docusign business development and partner account executive organizations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the srDirector, field enablement and is designated flex.
Responsibilities
Perform needs assessments to identify short and long-term and ongoing learning needs of strategic partner sales teams
Work with docusign business development, sales, and salesforce stakeholders to prioritize training needs
Serve as the partner enablement lead and the primary interface between key partner stakeholders and various internal docusign stakeholder team members
Partner with business development to identify and prioritize strategic partner ae and account team focused enablement requirements
Develop relationships with key strategic partner sales stakeholders through delivering enablement events, networking, and team meetings
Design, develop, deliver, and maintain enablement assets
Adapt and scale enablement programs and assets to meet the diverse needs of various partner channels and partners
Collaborate with the docusign enablement and partner alliance managers to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required advanced product and positioning enablement for partner aes; program format includes elearning, webinar, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required.
Ensure all advanced product positioning is appropriately and accurately included in all partner enablement programs by remaining educated and informed on all current and future product development
Provide training and delivery of officially supported product roadmap presentations including product lifecycle updates
Collaborate with the enablement leadership team to provide reporting and analytics related to strategic partner account executive enablement
Collaborate with product marketing and product management to identify, prioritize, standardize and deliver strategic partner account executive product training and enablement
Basic qualifications
Bachelor`s degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years direct saas sales, sales enablement, customer success, or solution engineering experience representing multi-product, platform, or comprehensive cloud solutions
Saas sales or sales enablement experience
Enablement, training, or coaching experience
Docusign and/or salesforce sales experience
Experience developing and delivering sales training to sales teams
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
Demonstrate success within rapidly emerging technology companies
Combination sales and customer success acumen·
Salesforce, docusign, or other salesforce ecosystem partner sales experience preferred
Prior experience enabling salesforce, or other saas account executives
Prior experience leveraging salesforce trailhead and partner learning camp for enablement or training
Prior experience with clm or document generation solutions
Project management expertise
Docusign agreement cloud product knowledge a plus
Enablement design and facilitation skills or experience
Experience working externally with partners
Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop, apply, or simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
Strong customer success and sales orientation with ability to interpret/distill requests from the field into impactful deliverables
Stellar internal and external collaboration and negotiation skills
Unwavering passion, commitment, and persistence to the business, customer, and technology
Prior experience and familiarity with navigating the salesforce ecosystem
