The role (remote)
We`re looking for an enthusiastic and driven territory sales managerYou will create, facilitate, and implement new partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships post-launchIn this role, you will use your sales expertise to manage a regional territoryYou will do so by successfully inspiring our customers and helping them achieve their distribution goals.
This is a full-time exempt role (outside sales exemption) that reports to the regional sales manager.
What you`ll do
Executes all job duties in alignment with dispatch’s core values, mission, and purpose

Works closely with sales management and inside sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Achieves regional sales and production activity goals to achieve consistent revenue growth in assigned territory
Manages, tracks, and reports on all sales activities and results using our crm, hubspot to accurately forecast and report on the current state
Works effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience
Plans, executes, and ensures high satisfaction with dispatch sales partners to achieve sales goals
Provides regular operational performance feedback and issue escalation to dispatch leadership to create and ensure alignment cross-functionally
Creates and delivers dynamic presentations to multiple stake-holders (including c-level executives) that highlight dispatch’s value proposition
Provides generous customer contact (phone calls, virtual/in-person meetings, emails, etc.) to quickly drive the adoption of new clientsPlease note, a minimum of 200 customer contacts per week are required (a mandatory 50% of those customer contacts are phone calls)
Wins high value accounts with consistent weekly volumes of deliveries contributing to the growth of revenue
Partners with sales leadership and peers on new market identification and launch to meet sales-growth business objectives
Travels to key territory launches, sales meetings and trade shows within your region to help better enable our customers
Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of your responsibilities)
What we`re looking for
Exceptional active listening and storytelling skills that engage leads and customers to entice a partnership with dispatch
The ability to quickly pivot as needed while consistently delivering results on time
Courageously identify opportunities and the determination to create solutions to meet the needs of the business
Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learn
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and build relationships both internally and externally
What you`ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
2+ years of previous high volume cold-calling experience (required)
4+ years experience with email campaigns and crm (required)
Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver’s license
Ability to travel to other markets within an assigned region up to 60% of the time
