Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
Use client feedback to improve customer experience
Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
Identify and approach potential clients
Ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines
Proven work experience as a successful account executive
Ambitious with a proven track record
Ability to solve recruiting obstacles by implementing our company to streamline the process and carry an eclectic pool of talent with our talent data cloud.
Hands on experience with crm software and ms office (particularly ms excel)
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
Team management skills
Strong analytical and organization skills
Bsc degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
Your experience as either a headhunter, recruiting, cloud based experience is what we would like to see

Be responsible for the new business bookings with mid market accounts in assigned territories
Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support bookings targets
Diligently qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
Forecast bookings for your assigned region accurately on a monthly basis, quarterly basis.
Represent our company to the high standards to assigned accounts and communicate the value proposition clearly and accurately
What you will bring to us:
At least 4 plus years carrying technology, recruiting experience
Experience in a high activity sales environment, excellent presentation skills,
Expertise with saas software, hr technology or recruiting industry preferred and needed for this position
