Full job description
We’re looking for someone to be responsible for our sales, partnerships and business developmentYou’ll work with brands on securing placements in our social media sponsorships and bigger paid partnershipsIn addition to securing new ad sales, you’ll nurture ongoing relationships with partners to support repeat sales.
Own the end-to-end sales process.
Identify ad partners that would be a good fit for our audience, and find the appropriate decision maker at each partner.
Pitch those decision makers, and share why diply is a good fit with their advertising needs.
Negotiate a campaign’s ad format, frequency, duration, cost, and other key terms.
Meet quarterly revenue targets.
Represent the diply brand well.
You love selling! pitching, relationship building, closing a deal all sound fun to you.
You have a strong background in selling to brands, agencies and/or dsp’s.
You have a solid understanding of digital media products and your own industry knowledge and network.
You’re a self-starter who can get the ball rolling on our sales, partnerships and business development(of course, our team will always be on hand to answer questions and be a resource, but we’re looking for someone who can really own this area of the business).
You have had experience doing discovery, setting objectives and targets, building the plan and implementing it for both business development and establishing partnerships.
You’re an excellent communicator and problem solver.
You are good at working independently and in a remote work environment (although you will meet regularly with partners in-person the rest of your team will be 100% remote).
Experience with hubspot crm is a big plus.
Contractor / freelancer - 12 month contract (to start)
Monthly fixed fee + commissions based on a percentage of net revenue generated
