Identify and plan all tests such as Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Migration Testing, Load Testing, regression testing and that are to be performed in projects to meet project requirements.
Plan tests to verify and ensure that the system meets its design specifications and other requirements.
Analyse the system and technical requirement specifications and write test cases.
Execute test cases and maintain test results to maintain the accuracy level of the test.
Perform effective test management / defect tracking / defect management.
Ensure complaints / issues related to systems are resolved within given SLA’s (DFix/ CRM Support)
Responsible to provide maximum system support for internal / external stake holders to ensure mechanisms are in place for consistent service delivery.
Monitor system performance and system availability to maintain the expected quality and the standardization of the system.
