Require to develop and direct churn reduction techniques aligned with the predefined monthly and annual objectives.
Analyse data sourced from various databases to pinpoint the primary causes of churn, enhancing the efficacy of churn management.
Ensure product continuity in the market & develop innovative product extensions and effective management of customer lifecycle journey, loyalty & network stickiness.
Responsible to propose and implement new business model strategies in line with the changing business, competitor, and consumer landscape.
Responsible to establish the organization's commitment by emphasizing the product vision's strategic significance, exploring potential opportunities, and addressing challenges
Ensure to enforce the digital-first approach by raising awareness about available platforms and fostering consumer engagement and conversion through incentives.
Accountable to take the initiative to develop tactical blueprints tailored to optimize product reach. This involves tapping into existing sales channels and simultaneously scouting for and establishing innovative avenues that will extend the product's visibility and accessibility.
Responsible to direct regular forums where team members and stakeholders can come together to assess the ongoing progress of projects and initiatives. It is crucial to establish and agree upon delivery timelines during these forums to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project's trajectory and speed.
Regularly facilitate brainstorming sessions aimed at identifying potential risks to the project. Once these risks are charted out, develop mitigation strategies to counteract or reduce their impact. This proactive approach helps in keeping the project on track and pre-emptively addresses challenges
