Group IT CAPEX Project Management (End to End) & Operations. Project creation, maintaining strategy project hierarchy, responsible for E2E order to payment cycle, project closure, periodic review and planning.
GRN progress tracking and reporting on a monthly basis.
Budgeting and Reporting (CAPEX & OPEX) - Generate CAPEX/OPEX reports from SAP and carryout analysis for periodic budgetary review, responsible to maintain budget transfer matrix, BP budget utilization, reservation report accurately and up-to date at any time.
Responsible to maintain OPEX budget report (PO, SES, and provision) as well as maintain track records on budget movement.
Rolling forecast – Quarterly / bi-annually (capex/opex)
Cost Transparency: Cost allocation | Cost Chargeback (Inter Department & Inter Companies)- Review IT rate card driver data periodically, Custodian for the IT cross transparency framework, post chargeback reporting, post chargeback report generation as to make sure IT cost gets distributed accurately.
Performance Management & reporting - Maintain performance management progress by executing timely KPI calculation on monthly and monitor, report & showcase financial & Strategic KPI’s – on monthly basis and escalate any deviation wrt target and bring up proactive resolutions.
Divisional SPOC and primary responsible person for process automation.
