Transport network (IP/MPLS/GPON/Fiber/ISP)
Fixed Voice and Data network
Customer end devices – Routers/Switches/Access Points
Ensure service downtimes are minimized in Enterprise network to provide an excellent service to Enterprise customers.
Provide necessary training and development support to staff on new products and solutions given
Support other teams in handling escalated complex faults to ensure timely resolution.
Evaluate the impact of market and technology change on engineering solutions and thereby specify the required adaptation techniques, solution changes without compromising service quality while optimizing cost.
Ensuring tech related issues are handled smoothly during pre-sales and post-sales.
Analyze current customer network performance and predict any future issues to prevent them occurring
Manage good technical relationship with key customers to build loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
Introduce industry best practices to both customers and internal teams
