Responsible to achieve targeted Revenue, EBITA and ROI for the applicable SME Digitization initiatives through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross selling, introduction of effective/innovative new product and optimizing the existing ones.
Liaise with respective product owners and manage product life cycle to ensure SME customers.
Ensure digital product roadmaps are properly executed to bring more business value.
Provide insights for annual business planning and enterprise management meetings.
Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and offers.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and relevant stakeholders.
Create mechanisms to collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product and customer satisfaction.
Maintain multiple customer engagement channels and ensure to date information accessible for relevant customers/stakeholders.
