Responsible for Design, Develop and customize the solution as per customer requirements and their by utilizing regional network at optimum level.
Take proactive measures to understand customer technical requirements and to deliver expert solutions in order to increase revenue streams.
Interface with the enterprise customers on the technical management regularly.
Utilize the network resources optimally by coordinating with network technical teams.
Prepare the solution Technical proposal and Costing, and forward to BCU/Sales for realization.
Responsible to achieve respective solution selling sales target given for the month/ quarter/ year through available existing and customized solutions to new and existing customers designated province.
Visit customers along with sales personnel in driving solution sales by pitching, converting the sale by providing appropriate solutions to customers in order to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth.
Check Implementations for proper authorizations, provide Technical details/WOs for relevant parties and for implementations.
Follow up with all relevant parties for proper implementation completion as per relevant SLAs.
Co-ordination with provisioning team/Technical Assistant center (TAC), CFSS Projects team for implementation of installation.
Involve in projects and operational activities related to Dialog vendors / Other Operators and new products.
Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable solutions delivery to customers.
Identify the key gaps to drive achievement and action planning to increase solution selling.
