Responsible on rationalizing the investment on digitization & evaluate the returns which directly impacts EBITDA and customer satisfaction of the organization.
Drive change across the organization in partnership with BU leadership and functional leaders to move the organization to the next level incorporating the best practices.
Responsible for working and guiding multiple stakeholders to drive the strategic initiatives of Axiata in bringing desired transformation to organization.
The job holder facilitates rapid business decisions and issue resolution to ensure smooth and rapid execution in agile team model and ensures program health checks and governance is in place.
Need to identify and analyze gaps between Business & IT and make recommendations to bridge gaps to deliver better products for business users.
Required to use the overall knowledge of the existing Dialog business operational principles to develop new sustainable business operating models to achieve efficiency in back-office operations, efficiency in handling customers & enhancing customer experience.
Should take ownership of project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
This role also responsible for etstablish & implement a compelling vision of quality excellence by driving Quality System Certification roadmap from ISO and SLS organizations. Ensure the continuation of existing certification, while exploring new certifications & requirements to support organizational vision.
