We’re looking for a recruiter to help us build our talent acquisition functionWorking closely with the recruiting lead, you will have the opportunity to own and drive key hiring initiatives and make a huge impact on our organization.
What you'll be doing:
Work closely with recruiting lead to understand hiring needs and help maximize hiring output across functions. Vet and screen inbound candidates. Partner with hiring managers, laying the foundation for a successful search. Continually source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for specialized roles. Build and maintain relationships with top talent. Own the full cycle hiring process, from first call to offer.
What you'll bring:
2 years + experience of startup in-house full cycle recruiting or retained agency recruiting. Consistent track record of sourcing talent. Ability to understand and relate to the startup mentality. Grace under pressureYou're a star multitasker and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience with lever and gem. Experience w/ technical recruiter or technical sourcing. Experience recruiting for iot companies.
