What you’ll achieve As a marketing operations senior advisor, you will help monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goalsIn this role you will cooperate with marketing and sales team to optimize the processes to deliver the highest quality results.
You will: Provides analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit, segment or functionAnalyzes, interprets, maintains and reports dataServes as the business unit data steward, establishing validation and testing protocols to maintain the integrity of the dataPossesses skills to draw insight and visualize the data appropriatelyDelivers ad-hoc data and report requests for isg lob’sDevelops, runs and prepares various statistical analyses and reports based on both internal and external data sourcesUtilizes various software packages and tools for collecting, mining, interpreting and reporting dataMay be responsible for granting and terminating system access to data.
Analyzes business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals
Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis
Proactively analyzes trends, causes and variances to drive business
Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities
Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed
Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting
Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports
Formulates conclusions and provides summary analysis and interpretation for leadership
Consults with business to identify new reports or data needs to support business decisionsDetermines future reporting requirements and strategic needs aligned to organization/ corporate strategy
Simplifies and standardizes reports at regular intervalsContinuously monitors, identifies and implements the best practices, new tools and methods.
Defines and determines metrics definitions from a global perspectiveWorks with governing bodies to ensure metrics definitions are consistent globally.
Provides recommendations to senior management on strategic issuesContributes to organizational goals and objectives.
Designs, drives and implements reporting to support the business
Collaborates with other groups, provides feedback to help improve processes

8–12 years of related experience in a marketing operations function
Strong ms excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong technical aptitude
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of fundamental concepts,
Practices and procedures
