About the role
Deel is looking for a senior visual designer to join the brand team and drive shaping our web/digital presenceThe role is focused on visual designIt’s perfect for someone who has experience in creating and executing design systems, is a good communicator and is well organizedIdeally, they have interest in working at a company that solves a real human problemWe move swiftly so ideally you would enjoy a fast pace environmentThis job is fully remote, with teammates currently based across the u.sAnd europe.
What you’ll do at deel
You will hold one of the key roles at the upcoming company rebrand and help shape our websiteYou will report to the creative director and work with junior designers and copywritersThe internal stakeholders you’ll be collaborating with include the product and marketing teams.
Some key qualifications
Bfa in graphic design or similar
6+ years of experience working within ui/ux (focus on visual design)
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop strong visual assets and turn them into functional design systems
A great eye for typography and an obsessive attention to details
A collaborative teammate who can self-manage
Proficiency with figma and adobe creative suite
Bonus points
Data visualization and iconography design skills
Experience working with both b2b and b2c brands
Animation skills
