We are looking for a client services manager to support our marketing department.
The marketing client services manager (mcsm) will support the assigned vendor lines by working in tandem with the account manager and advertising team to assist with the execution of marketing activities.
The mcsm will also be responsible for tracking and claiming marketing activities, collection of marketing materials, the execution of marketing activities and events, and assist with collecting data and preparing roi reports.
The marketing client services manager (mcsm) is responsible for assisting with the marketing planning and implementation of the marketing plan/programsThey collaborate with the account manager in the development of comprehensive marketing plansThey have a strong knowledge of d&h’s programs and services in order to consult internally or with clients on business and marketing strategiesMcsm’s develop, trackers and execute a variety of marketing activities and eventsThey understand marketing trends, technology trends, and product positioning and market opportunitiesThey have knowledge of d&h reseller customers and segments, and they assist their aligned account managers on positioning for execution for a plan or program.
Develop, best-in-class objective-based, integrated marketing plans on a regular basis that deliver demonstrable results.
Creation and presenting kpis and roi for proposals, business reviews and qmrs.
Execution of sales or reseller events through collaboration with vested stakeholders.
Collaborating with ad team for creation and implementation of creative projects.
Understanding vendor business strategies to align execution plans.
Providing the necessary collateral and advertising materials to sales to be successful.
Submitting & scheduling web-based advertising and digital marketing content.
Creating & managing a marketing budget & forecast with a high degree of accuracy.
Managing marketing accounting procedures, including project/program budget requirements, billing processes: preparing pop, claiming and reconciliation.
Preparing meeting agendas and recap for follow up actions.
Maintaining a project management tracker and ensure flawless execution of plans through consistent monitoring and communication of activities.
Preparing and tracking promotions, spiffs, incentives and securing promotional items.
Entering and maintaining accurate details in the marketing database.
Backup for account manager.
· bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
· 4 years and/or equivalent transferable skills.
· analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
· excellent communication and presentation skills.
· multi-tasking skills, problem solving skills and time management skills.
· financial acumen, basic level of financial metrics, understanding and use of budget management spreadsheets.
· working knowledge of microsoft office suite with experience creating powerpoint presentations and spreadsheets.
