Full job description
As our new sales consultant, translation & localization, you will be a primary contributor to cyracom’s overall growth and profitability by pursuing and developing strategic business relationshipsThrough understanding the client`s business models, you identify ways to leverage cyracom’s service lines to deliver client satisfaction by building new business, with a focus on translation and localization (t&l) servicesUpselling over the phone interpretation (opi) and video remote interpretation (vri) will be add-onsThis is a remote roleAs a sales consultant, translation & localization, you will:
Focus on selling t&l services in the us marketT&l may include written translation of documents, websites, software, etc., as well as transcription, subtitling, voice over, and other related services.
Work with and report to senior vice president.
Work with cyracom t&l team to develop solutions that will go along with the prospect’s business goals.
Sell project-based and ongoing contracts encompassing cyracom’s portfolio of t&l products and services.
Identify, qualify, develop, and manage prospects through to close and work with marketing, sales management, project managers and director of operations (t&l) to close potential new clients.
Coordinate sales efforts to achieve new/existing customer revenue growth target.
Leverage knowledge of cyracom’s services to help target clients meet their objectives.
Excel at outreach campaigns, working with our r&d team for prospecting, sending engaging emails, cold calling and presenting solutions that drive new pipeline on cyracom’s products and servicesThese emails will be developed in partnership with and be approved by marketing.
As a sales consultant, translation & localization, you must have:
3-5 years of successful consultative selling experience preferably, but not limited to, within the language services industry.
Background and experience selling large strategic deals.
Solid experience working with senior executives.
Ability to develop sales strategies for each vertical and be able to present a cost-benefit analysis for target client.
Ability to prospect and generate individual high level of sustained sales activity.
A proven record of increasingly higher levels of sales success.
A proven record of maintaining successful relationships, at an individual level, and with senior management within client organizations.

Minimum requirements:
B.aOr other 4-year degree, preferably with a business major or equivalent industry experience.
3-5 years of successful consultative selling experience preferably, but not limited to, within the language services industry.
Ideally, you will also have:
Additional language knowledge.
Experience selling to the e-learning, insurance, medical device, or financial industries.
