Curogram hasn’t been involved in many covid related projects around the country such as testing and vaccinationsWe have collaborated with cities states nonprofits private practices and etcTo deliver services to the patients.
The purpose of head of recruitment is to oversee their company’s recruitment process in its entiretyThis includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team, and monitoring the recruiting team’s performanceTheir goal is always to make their company’s recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible.
Strategies and build a team that can scale the company from hundreds of employees to thousands of employees Work closely with the recruiters to manage to source, interviewing, and employment processes Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.gTime-to-fill and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.gSocial recruiting and boolean searches) Research and choose job advertising options Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques Recommend ways to improve our employer brand Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations Build the company’s professional network through relationships with hr professionals, colleges, and other partners
We are looking for someone who has experience in the process of scaling a company from hundreds of people to thousands of people Proven work experience as a recruiting manager, recruitment consultant, or recruiting coordinator Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates. Experience in recruiting to different countries Experience in a start-up company is required Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and hr databases Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills Strong decision-making skills Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment;
