Plan, write, edit, test and improve content for campaign web initiatives.
Design, deliver, and iterate on end-to-end experiences that achieve campaign and business objectives, while creative exceptional experiences for our users.
Drive content design for campaign initiatives by articulating problems and user stories, proposing solutions, connecting the web, campaign, and design team, and improving the effectiveness of our campaigns across the website.
Contribute to campaign strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
Manage relationships with cross-functional partners to build trust and increase the value of content design.
Create and maintain content guidelines and standards to inform voice, tone, and strategy
Advocate for diversity, accessibility, and inclusivity in all of your work.
Bring awareness to the importance of content design by presenting work that is iterative, research-based, data-informed, and focused on our customers’ needs.
What you’ll need:
A bachelor`s degree in journalism, communications, creative writing or 5+ years of professional experience in a web writing or content role
2-5 years of experience writing short and long-form content for the web
A desire to work in a writing-first role
2+ years of experience crafting customer journeys for integrated campaigns
Basic knowledge of ux/ui design and user-testing principles
5+ years of experience interacting with and working closely with senior and executive leadership.
2+ years of experience working with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, web content managers, and product owners
Understanding of ia and taxonomy best practices
Experience working with a b2b or saas product is a plus
