Provide day to day support of crossfuze’s infrastructure and networking clients. Implement, manage, document and maintain the following technologies: Firewalls, routers, switches, vpn devices, wireless networks Network security Ip addressing and subnetting, dns Ids, ips Ipv6 Wan (metroe, mpls, frame relay, ipsec vpn, bgp, qos, etc.) Tcp/ip, voip, vlans Lan (vlans, 802.1x tagging, routing, etc.) Load balancing and ha Storage area network (fiber, iscsi) network switching Virtual infrastructure (vswitches, virtual vlans, etc.) Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills on hardware and software Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by fully completing jobs on schedule, providing timely follow-through, and displaying a positive and helpful attitude Ensure that all supported environments are monitored to provide alerts when there are problems (including performance) Resolve any tickets escalated from service desk or client Understand customers environment, business requirements and policies and procedures at relates to it Create powershell scripts to assist in the automation of clients’ environments Participate in an on-call rotation and spend an average of 15% travel to clients in the minneapolis/stPaul area Implement, manage, document, and maintain the following technologies Azure secure score and compliance Azure backups Veeam backups Ongoing server patching and maintenance Act as an escalation point for internal teams related to client needs Represent crossfuze at client facing meetings as appropriate Assist onboarding team for infrastructure and networking services Understand and follow crossfuze’s delivery process following itil guidelines: incident management, problem management, change management, and knowledge management Assist in the day-to-day management of support queues in servicenow Requirements Experience with managing infrastructure and networking environments Experience with building repeatable processes to ensure a consistent level of service Knowledgeable in cisco proprietary and open industry standard network protocols (802,1x, stp, bgp, ospf, eigrp, pagp, lacp, etc.) Experience with asa/asdm, cisco ios, catos operating systems Ability to communicate, mentor, teach, and explain concepts at multiple levels with the capability to extract the business value related to the proposed solutions Experience with managing private and/or public clouds (i.e., amazon web services, microsoft azure) Background and ability to properly utilize ad, dns, and dhcp Ability to effectively utilize servicenow for detailed documentation Experience with kaseya agent tool Be or bs degree in one of the following subject areas: computer science, business administration, information technology or related field preferred Experience in common network and infrastructure monitoring tools such as solarwinds, zenoss, scom, rancid, prtg, what’s up gold, and logicmonitor etcPreferred Ability to communicate, mentor, teach, and explain concepts at multiple levels with the capability to extract the business value related to the proposed solutions Ability to listen to customer pains and gains to find solutions the drive customer success Working understanding of performance monitoring and management Technical certifications or 2+ years’ equivalent technical work experience Passion for staying up to date on the latest technology and security best practices Ability to meet or exceed slas, kpis, and/or other business objectives Discover and track continuous improvement efforts that improve customer value or internal efficiency Benefits Work from home options Custom training & development programs Competitive paid time off benefits Healthcare plan (medical, dental & vision) 401(k) with employer match Life insurance (basic, voluntary & ad&d) Short term & long term disability
