Who you are
2.5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
Knowledge of finance optimization, operations or process improvement, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and divestitures, program or project management, and/or change management
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a similar field
Cpa, cisa, cfe, cpa, or pmp preferred
Adaptability, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor!
What you`ll do
Support projects performing current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology (financial systems) and data dimensions
Advise on key business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial close, etc.)
Communicate with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations
Support internal projects involving sales/marketing initiatives, recruiting, and training
Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members
