Full job description
The web developer will work closely with key stakeholders, internally and externally to fulfill both technical and design needs for websites in existence and for future developmentTheir job is to code websites and update them periodically to meet new design trends or security standardsThey are also responsible for creating performance monitoring features and implementing advanced content tracking and performance initiativesIn addition to websites, html emails, optimization initiatives, site audits, ppc campaign execution and management, a role in intranet design, development, and execution may be requiredApplicants must complete an assessment as a part of the interview process to verify skill level and fluency.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
These may include but are not limited to:
Proficiency in programming languages
Understanding of search engine optimization (seo) practices
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
Understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the cms
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugins.
Collaborate with key business partners and external stakeholders
Examine effectiveness of current digital assets, including patient web sites sem and seo, social media, and content marketing
Manage the function and output of the patient and hcp databaseAssess success of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement, including vendor/partner decisions
Support creation of metrics for measuring the success of each site
Track details/data/information/activities to ensure these maintain alignment with long-term business objectives

Education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
Recent graduates considered with significant portfolio and experience
Experience optimizing code
Custom wordpress theme
Experience with and understanding of digital marketing analytics
Experience in developing, executing, and measuring web strategies
Strong seo knowledge
Google analytics expert
Experience with implementing advanced multi-platform conversion tracking
Email crm expert
Technical knowledge required:
Equipment: pc, scanners, voice mail and e-mail systems, and common office machines, or ability to be trained.
Software knowledge: windows, ms office (outlook, word, excel)Knowledge of other software required: adobe creative suite, google analytics, nginx server (wp engine a plus)
Effort required/environmental conditions:
