Role: creative producer
Client: fortune 500 media + tech company
As creative producer, you will:
Produce creative initiatives for all things consumer sports and finance, covering a variety of productsThis means becoming an expert in their products and how they plug into their ecosystem and strategy.
Manage complex projects and all the people it takes to complete themThis includes scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, liaising with clients, organizing creative teams, delivering pep talks, standing firm on agreed upon goals, and demonstrating diplomatic skills worthy of the u.n.
Oversee campaigns and initiatives from concept development to execution across media including but not limited to: print, digital, video, ooh, dm, social, swag, etc.
Client managementYou’ll be the creative department’s point-of-contact with internal clients and you’ll work with them to establish goals, deliverables, milestones and limits.
Creative management: you’ll be the creative team’s guide and gut-checker, helping to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts that are on strategy.
Schedule creative reviews, organize feedback, set and manage expectations for future iterationsA few rounds of back-and-forth are par for the course.
Manage vendors on outsourced projects (including print production, multimedia and motion graphics) when necessary, as well as managing sow and po process
Compare notes on whatever we’re all binge-watching, talk up trends, tell us jokes on our slack channels, and more of the stuff that creates a fun work culture.
5+ years of creative production/project management experience working directly with creative teams spanning design, copy, video, web, events and social development.
An eagle-eye for details, an obsession with organization and the ability to drive creative campaigns across multiple teams under tight deadlines.
Multi-channel communication skillsYou can run a meeting, take a phone call, answer a slack, field an email, and post on pm software to keep everyone on the same page.
A collaborative spirit, a proactive sensibility and a great sense of humorOur team loves to laugh as hard as they work.
Software proficiency in: ms suite, g suite, keynote and pm software like wrike, workfront, monday and trelloAdobe creative suite knowledge required.
