Duties and responsibilities:
Creates customer-centric communication that’s clear, compelling, and under control.
Helps solve communication problems.
Interprets briefs to understand project requirements.
Attends regular and frequent client meetings.
Collaborates with client strategist and other team members to determine and clarify concepts and direction.
Proposes concepts and executions that synthesize strategic and aesthetic goals.
Executes graphic design as well as production artwork.
Makes revisions as needed.
Helps nail down specifications and estimates.
Prepares files for production.
Communicates with printers and video production teams as needed.
Helps select outside resources when necessary.
Maintains high-quality standards.
Contributes ideas to content strategy and planning.
Pursues skill development at every opportunity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities: none.
Education and experience:
High school diploma and two years of post-secondary education in graphic design or related majorAdditional degree, minor, or demonstrated interest in digital innovation, business technology, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, data science, communications, or related major.
Two years or more of previous professional graphic design experienceLarge corporate or high-tech background preferred.
Required skills and abilities:
Native to apple os.
Advanced in adobe cs.
Proficient in powerpoint.
Experienced with video, collateral, branding, and sales support.
Practiced in websites, email, social, and other digital media.
Video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to tactfully explain and discuss ideas with clients at various organizational levels, both one-on-one and in group settings.

Reports to: creative director.
Promotion path: can lead to senior designer, depending on experience, performance, and business need.
